"Riddle Me This" is track nine on The Infamous N.E.Z., Nezzy's fourth full-length and arguably his most refined statement yet. JPatz builds the beat here, Dauph Media handles the visual, Trevor DeBlase keeps the mix clean — a tight unit with everyone doing their specific job. Nezzy himself moves between MC and producer across the album, pulling in C-Lance and Stu Bangas alongside his own self-production to shape a record that wears its Mobb Deep influence directly in the title while developing its own identity underneath. The style has been consistent since Subject to Change in 2022: hardcore boom bap with enough introspective weight to separate it from pure aggression, rhyme schemes that don't settle for easy, and a refusal to soften the edges for accessibility. Ohio underground with Copywrite in the credits and the whole thing running at under 27 minutes — concise, intentional, no filler. Every release since Hippie Thug has built the case. The Infamous N.E.Z. continues it.
