Fans have waited four years, but HIKIGANE SOUND are back: The crew from the Japanese city of Gifu have released "RHYME JUICE," their first album since "NINE BULLETS" (2022). The entire album was produced by BEAT奉行 (ICE BAHN), who crafted a dense, multi-layered sound. The first video single from the album, "TIME HAS COME," has been released – a track that showcases the crew's full range. The Osaka-based group 韻踏合組合 makes a guest appearance, with cuts by CUTMASTAA KATO. Mixing and mastering were handled by KTR, and the artwork is by BALCAM. Guest artists hail from various regions of Japan: ICE BAHN (Kanagawa), 句潤, MAC-T, and DUSTY-I (Tokai region), as well as the aforementioned 韻踏合組合 (Osaka). An album that shows how vibrant Japanese underground hip hop is, even outside the major cities.
