Thoughts of King Sullivan is the seventh solo album from St. Louis emcee REACEYUNG, a project rooted in purpose, faith, and the city that shaped him. More than just a rap record, the album is a living testimony a reflection of what it means when God gives an artist to a community.
Across clever rhymes and diverse soundscapes, REACEYUNG takes listeners through his personal stories, the weight of losing friends, and the triumph of rebuilding from buying neighborhoods and cleaning up land to imagining a St. Louis where his people can live better and thrive. The album refuses to let the city’s culture be reduced to headlines of violence. Instead, it highlights STL’s rich, overlooked legacies from hip-hop and street life to skate culture and beyond.
Produced entirely by Spoken Thought, mixed by Eric “Mf Kool” Martin, and mastered by Eric “Remrod” Mayes, the album carries both sonic polish and raw authenticity. With each track, REACEYUNG steps deeper into his role not just as an artist, but as a builder, visionary, and voice for his city.
