“A Stack” runs on a proven underground structure: a hard title, multiple emcees, and no decorative excess. Hella Treu sets the frame, while Plasma XL, Mark Jordan, Daniel Son, and Bobby Bishop bring different textures into the room. Daniel Son and Bobby Bishop especially carry that Canadian independent edge where every bar has to land and the beat doesn’t need to overstate itself. The money motif is there, but the record avoids cheap shine. It stays cold, focused, and bar-driven.
