Grand Agent is a Philadelphia veteran whose name first registered through early 2000s releases on Groove Attack and Eastern Conference. "Executive Order" is a four-track EP compact, presidential in title, Philly underground in DNA. Grand Agent never received the attention his craft deserved which makes the fact that he keeps delivering all the more important.
