Level 13 produces the full album, giving the narrative its continuity, New Villain carries the storytelling, and AllButtonIn handles mix and master. Blake, GunSmoke, and Emhyr Rhymes step in at select moments. Fourteen tracks, one sealed universe – a level of conceptual commitment rarely executed this thoroughly in comic-book rap.
