Konstrukto describes himself as a sponge. He absorbs his environment — information, contradictions, anger, observations — and wrings it back out into music and art. Sounds like a metaphor rappers use pretty often, but Kons actually follows through. Fifteen tracks, Justusopdebeat produces and mixes everything, Jeroen Kurpershoek handles mastering and the final vocal mix. Skinny Bonez Tha Godfatha on the title track, DJ Ra on "Smeekbede in E," Brother Lynx on "Flood the Zone," LDB on "LOVE," Djenghis Haan on "Witte Tesla," Snapwillum and Tens on "RapGPT," Blits on "Andergrond/Skeer leven." "RapGPT" especially is an interesting move — on an album about human absorption and processing, they put a song explicitly naming the machine. That placement is intentional. Kons and Justus didn't just throw beats and bars together, they built an album that actually revolves around its core idea. That's gotten rare.
