The release notes call him "the late great Holocaust", and that is verified: he was being held at the maximum-security Theo Lacy Facility in Orange County, California, where he was found unresponsive on Sunday afternoon, December 29th; he passed away in police custody at 45, born Anthony Creston Brown.
