Level 13 and DJ TMB recently released their collaborative project titled ‘Dollars 2 Pounds’. The latest video “Paper” of the EP features Agallah and Captiol I-Man and is directed by Tha Conclusion and shot and edited by PHD Music Entertainment.

The video is cut and dry, yet explosive without any gimmicks to distract from three minutes of intense bars. Level 13 provides an animalistic collision of knocking bass, pulsating cadences, and electrifying tones that heighten the rawness spewed.
