Following two successful installments, the third chapter in the recurring collective series from Ground Beef Records arrives on February 25, 2026: Ground Beef Platter Vol. 3.

This new edition firmly stands in the label’s tradition: sample-driven beats, raw drums, and unpolished energy, leaving room for substance and individuality. The sound is recognizable, yet never predictable.

The line-up features Propo'88, Mad Rev, QNC, uMaNg, EllMatic, BlabberMouf, Zudo and MC DRT. An international gathering of MCs, each bringing their own signature style while forming a cohesive collective statement.

Ground Beef Platter Vol. 3 will be available on all digital outlets and via Bandcamp. A fresh video for Mad Rev’s single will also be released.

Alter Ego & uMaNg "Coal In My Stocking Cap" [Xmas SINGLE]

From the duo of Australian producer Alter Ego and Salt Lake City based emcee uMaNg, "Coal In My Stocking Cap", is an introspective, piano-led hip-hop track weaving memories of poverty, missed gifts, bullying, relocating, but built on unshakable hope. 

Built around a soulful sample of “I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas”, with horn accents elevating the chorus. The mood sits between quiet, late night reflection and a warm, cinematic swell that is intimate and hopeful, even as it confronts hard memories. uMaNg paints vivid reflections, over Alter Ego's lush keys, & wintery landscape. The shocking revelation at the end of the narrative will no doubt be one that many have experienced in their youth.
