Silent Funk +1 is the alias of Silent Someone, who writes under the Rhinoceros Funk name on this project. Sixteen tracks, all lyrics by Rhinoceros Funk except "It's Real Out Here" and "This Means War". Every song produced and mixed by Silent Someone at his "850 Basement" studio. All scratches and cuts by DJ JS-1 – one of the most respected scratch DJs in the New York scene, known for battle circuit credentials and collaborations including work with Percee P. Mastering by Fred Ones at TME Studios. Features: Mike Titan on "It's Real Out Here", and Paranormal, Mike Titan, and Yahzeed Divine closing the album on "This Means War". The album title "U Aint Special" isn't an attack – it's a philosophy: in a market where everyone declares themselves singular, staying grounded is the rarest quality.
