The Serial Killers deliver their first full-length since "Summer of Sam" – and the crucial difference this time: Scoop DeVille produces the entire album, building a coherent backbone from heavy drums, layered samples, and a modernized take on West Coast structure. The opening stretch goes straight into lyrical assault mode, and Chuck D blesses "Anarchy" with that Public Enemy authority. A tight 35 minutes with no dead weight. The visual comes from Estevan Oriol – the man whose lens has defined L.A. street aesthetics for decades – and it leans fully into the title's Cosa Nostra reference: a marked target, a bar, prison scenes, all shot in cold crime-film register.
