B.Done doesn't turn this into a pile of references though, he builds a personal album that runs a childhood image-world against grown-man subject matter. Awon features on "Can't Leave," which anchors the whole thing in the soulful East Coast underground. The eleven in the title and "It's 11:11" as the closer give the project a numerological frame. Compact, thought-through, no filler.
