Halloween Boogie Woogie is a seasonal release from NIC C, arriving as a video that runs one minute and forty four seconds, with 4-IZE on board as guest and Carlos Homs credited on keys. 4-IZE, born Tony Hayes III in Chicago and long based in Atlanta, grew up alongside Ludacris and appeared on Mouthing Off from the album Back For The First Time; he runs Soular Sausage Productions and has spent years building a reputation on daily freestyle releases. About NIC C himself the record is quiet: a name on a Halloween release, no visible catalog behind it. That makes the clip an introduction rather than a continuation, which, for a song about boogie woogie on the scariest night of the year, is a fitting way to arrive.
