"F.A.F.O." is the new Planet Asia x Local Astronauts single, three minutes and change, out now via Local Astronauts and Gold Chain Music and the billing carries the history. The pairing's last full-length, No Retirement, ran thirteen tracks built entirely on Local Astronauts production, with the guest list held short and deliberate: Jay Worthy, T.F., Montage One, Jay Nice. Planet Asia Fresno, California since the Cali Agents days has spent his recent run locking in with single production camps, and the Local Astronauts connection has proven one of the sturdiest. An acronym for a title does its own trash-talking. Whether F.A.F.O. opens a next chapter or stands alone, it keeps the partnership alive and with Asia, the safe assumption is never that something is a one-off.
