Farma G - Here Come The Gods

UK rap Royalty Farma G continues to ascend on new single ‘Here Comes The Gods’.

When it feels like nobody cares anymore, When you’re feeling lost or empty and the juices have run dry; be still, silent and calm, the creativity of the universe will find its way to you. Today’s art is often forced and constructed in a Frankenstein like fashion, purity within our art form has been compromised and left out to dry while the money making machines homogenises everything within reach. ‘Here Comes The Gods’ is a show of power and strength…

Littered with nostalgic references that gently reassure the listener, ‘Here Comes The Gods’ hits two-fold with Farma’s bars expertly soundtracked by Farma’s own production, the legendary UK rapper finding comfort in the fact that he is both architect and engineer on this future classic. As Farma explains…

“This one is about letting the gods, universe, super powers…run through you.”

Farma G - Bearskin Coats

Farma G returns with ‘Bearskin Coats’, the latest single in his recent renaissance as a solo artist.

Bearing all the hallmarks of a classic Task Force offering from the very first kick drum, Farma embarks on a quest to search out the truth in a room full of rappers being something they’re not.

Braggadocios, self-glorifying (with a modest dose of dark humour and comedy for good measure), ‘Bearskin Coats’ is more than just a new song; it represents the precise moment that Farma took centre stage as an artist in his own right.

Farma G - In Between The Lines

Representing something of a rebirth, the first ever solo single from Farma G sees the decorated lyricist searching out his rightful place.

Articulating a feeling of being 'locked in' to a creative process and 'set free' once the work is complete, ’In Between The Lines’ is as much a reminder of Farma G’s artistry to the listener as it is a reminder of his legacy to Farma G himself; as both a legend of the UK scene, but also a living and breathing artist in his own right. Deeply personal lyrics, propped up by braggadocios punchlines atop a thunderous instrumental, ’In Between The Lines’ is a truly timeless listen.

No CPR [False Idols] by Farma G X Wish Master

Emerging from the bourgeoning hip-hop scene in Bristol, Wish Master cues up a new collaborative album with Farma G for Tricky’s False Idols label, bringing along an all-star cast of UK MCs for the ride.

With a supporting cast that that includes Sonnyjim, Datkid, Eddie Kaine, Gaza Glock, Da Regiment and 1Jack, the ‘No CPR’ album finds Wish Master in full lyrical flow, backed up with some serious dusted beats and production chops from Task Force founder and member Farma G.

Having previously released albums on his Official Recordings imprint, ‘No CPR’ lands on False Idols, the label run and curated by fellow Bristolian Tricky, establishing a lineage between artists and generations that allows music and new talent to flourish. Across eight tracks, Wish Master throws down contemporary rhymes, sparring with transatlantic guest performances representing Brooklyn (Eddie Kaine), Bristol (Datkid) to Birmingham (Sonnyjim) and beyond. ‘No CPR’ presents a modern and fresh collection of British hip-hop from some of the scene’s rising stars.
