Thinking Again is the title of my new single produced by #jrbeatz from Greer/Spartanburg SC.  My new book "Precipitation of the Heart My Lyrics of Love" has an accompanying soundtrack.  The book tells the stories behind the songs.  Thinking Again is an experience of love and loss.  My reaction and my outcome.  This amazing video was produced by Kwuazi of Kwuazi Productions and captures all the raw and honest emotion that Makeba put into this song.  We will premiere this video on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at 8:45pm live from the Wakanda Lounge in Greenville, South Carolina.  Join us that night as we go live.  Makeba will share her book, her music and another piece of her heart.

With her first single “Loses” we were hit with the Boom Bap, scratches, cuts and definitely the lyrics.  With the second single we didn’t know what was coming so they hit us with another banger  “A Fool’s Story” that came from the left but still the same elements.

Makeba said on her “The Gibbous 2020” LP on one of the interviews that she wants to keep feeding them sharing more and more of what she has to offer. Well the kitchen is open and does not seem to be closing anytime soon.  With songs like Battle For My People featuring Skanks The Rap Martyr and Brothahood United featuring Prodigal Sunn and Skanks The Rap Martyr is proven that the menu is full of tasty side dishes.  “Just A Part Of Me” is full of taste morsels with Buck Oner versatility with the beats and Makeba adding that flavor who knows when we will get enough.  

Dropping on all streaming outlets on May 26, 2022 we can also look forward to the vinyl for this classic coming in June through Hip Hop Enterprise from Germany with a limited edition vinyl.
