The cover features the work of Letizia Battaglia, a renowned Italian photographer known for her anti-Mafia activism, in keeping with the album's theme of resistance and truth.

Palermo" contains 10 tracks, all beats by Wun Two, with features by KNDRX and Goosebytheway. Italian-laden samples permeate the album, accentuating its thematic essence.
