"Gunn & Friends" is EL Maryacho's full tribute remix album, produced entirely by him. Every track is credited to its original MCs: Westside Gunn across four cuts, Conway the Machine on three, Benny the Butcher on two, Mach Hommy, Estee Nack, Stove God Cooks, Boldy James and Sauce Walka filling the remaining slots. The project doesn't position EL Maryacho as a collaborator he stays off the mic and lets the tribute be honest. That choice matters: rebuilding someone else's performances over entirely new production without inserting yourself is a producer's act of respect rather than a co-sign play.
