"The MF'er" as opener immediately shows where Swell stands exploring the lower parts of the self you can't run from if you want to grow, the same way a Venus flytrap needs flies to thrive. The food theme continues through "Kimchi," "Chimichangas" and "Soufflé" the latter bringing first guest Wavy Bagels, whose verse will reportedly bring in "all the best Yelp reviews."
