“Chapter I” does not mean a first meeting on DJ TWI$T II and M.I.C. Murphy’s *Hell Storm Reign: Chapter I* EP. Their shared catalogue already includes *No Mercy*, “Shutter Island” and “In A Cage.” The new release is tightly sized: five tracks, roughly nine minutes, under NorthernDirtyStreets Records. The partnership links Ukraine’s DJ TWI$T II with Montréal’s Murphy, extending a connection documented in both artists’ catalogues. That history is the useful distinction. This is not an international pairing assembled for a single introductory feature; it is an existing collaboration taking another project title. The chapter numbering begins here, but the working relationship does not.
