This new political masterpiece has been produced by none-other than Sicknature  who is 1/3 of the production crew knows as The Snowgoons.

Duuq "16 Step Utopia"

German producer Duuq  releases debut LP 16 Steps to Utopia"Münster-based  music producer and bass player Duuq grew up in the 90´s as a child of a professional musician. Early in his life he was mostly influenced by Jazz, Soul, Funk and Hip Hop music.
After playing the tenor horn in an orchestra for three years Duuq switched to playing the bass guitar at an age of twelve, began to play in bands and got in touch with producing a few years later to record his bass lines and create his own music around his ideas.

What you get out of this scenario after over eighteen years of musicianship and hundreds of hours of on stage experience is a very versatile, atmospheric and detailed sound with often sophisticated chord progressions, punchy yet soulful drums and unique bass lines. In terms of genre Duuq´s productions are located somewhere between Westcoast Hip Hop, Nu Soul, Boom Bap and G-Funk.

Berlin native KUTMAH  releases the an all amazing ode to the late great Ras G  the only way the brother knows how in the new beat tape titled "A Tribute to Brother Ras G & The Afrikan Space Program" @HHHEADZ  where blown away by how well KUTMAH  has arranged this piece of music, we have sat here with the album on repeat 4 times now & you can swear that it was just one track it is that seamless in transition. We would like quote KUTMAH  in what we think is a vital point of view for the listener to understand "The only way to cope with this loss was to communicate with my friend through these beats". I think that sums up the level of connect you find yourself embracing to this project if you ever truly dug into Ras G's  works, something every head should do at some stage because it's quite a body or art.
