Kount Fif "The Hashira" feat. Copywrite, Chino XL & DJ Hoppa
Warrior Poets once graced the pages of Irish, Greek and Japanese epics inspiring generals like Patton who line our history books. In the epic universe of Underground Hip Hop Chino XL and Copywrite so too carry this banner.
Like the Samurai they both cleanly chop off the heads of lyrical opponents and contemporaries. Their katana blades soaked in punchlines of slain rivals, breaking necks easily with their rapid fire delivery. DJ Hoppa was enlisted to lay down cuts on the hook. Kount Fif would be the shogun producer to hire both Ronin on a quest to slay the demon they face in each other.
"The Hashira" the first single off "Ascension", Kount Fif's new album on Man Bites Dog Records. Buckle up buttercup, it's gonna be a throat slitting good ride.

"Fairytales" RXTHERAPPER x 80 Empire x DJ EFN Ft. Chino XL
RXTHERAPPER and 80 EMPIRE have been friends for roughly 10
years, however, they have never met in person. The 3 have always admired each
other's work and finally in 2020/2021 decided to put together a
joint album entitled Life after Life, slated for release in mid-July. The chemistry
between the 3 is uncanny. Both from different sides of the continent, yet when
you hear the music, you would think the 3 were in the same room together
creating an exceptional body of work filled with life’s struggles, and
victories.
For this single, FairyTales the boys call Lyrical assassin Chino XL for the second verse. RX and Chino's verses are incredible displays of lyricism, as both flex over 80's hypnotic production and haunting chorus. The song starts with a powerful introduction from DJ EFN (Drink Champs, Crazy hood). From production to lyricism this song is guaranteed to make people pay attention.
